Build a Bird Box
A great project for the winter is to build a bird box. They are very simple and inexpensive to make providing homes for our feathered garden freinds.
When the birds nest in the spring, it will provide hours of entertainment as you watch the parent birds build their nest and bring up their young. You may even be lucky enough to watch the fledglings take their first flight.
